This Shipping and Return Policy (“Policy”) provides comprehensive information on how Doctor Arsy Corporation ("we," "us," or "our") manages the shipping, delivery, and return of products purchased through DrArsy.com (the “Website”), including terms for refunds, exchanges, and any issues related to delivery. 1. Shipping Policy

Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

2. Delivery Policy

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, customs hold-ups, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.

4. Return Policy
4.1 General Return Conditions
We strive for customer satisfaction, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition with original packaging and all product labels and seals intact.

4.4 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where Doctor Arsy Corporation has made an error (e.g., sent the wrong item or the item was defective upon arrival). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4.5 Processing of Returns and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
