DR. ARSY™ MOISTURIZER #003

Dr. Arsy™ Moisturizer #003 is a clinically tested barrier-supportive moisturizer developed for dry, sensitive, and eczema-prone skin. The formulation was engineered to support prolonged hydration, optimize moisture retention, and reinforce epidermal barrier integrity while maintaining high tolerability for sensitive skin.

The formula integrates biomimetic fermented amino acid technology with Dr. Arsy™ Dermal Water Complex, a multi-component hydration system designed to support skin comfort, hydration equilibrium, and visible barrier resilience in a simplified once-daily regimen.

THE BIOMIMETIC FERMENTED AMINO ACID SYSTEM

Dr. Arsy™ #003 utilizes lab-fermented, plant-derived amino acids selected for their compatibility with the skin’s Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF). Amino acids contribute to osmotic balance, water retention, and stratum corneum flexibility while supporting epidermal hydration homeostasis.

This biomimetic approach was designed to support hydration equilibrium and reduce visible dryness associated with barrier-compromised skin.

DR. ARSY™ DERMAL WATER COMPLEX 

Dr. Arsy™ Dermal Water Complex is a proprietary hydration matrix composed of dermatologist-recommended botanical extracts, electrolytes, antioxidant vitamins, and skin-conditioning compounds. The complex incorporates tomato fruit extract, carrot root extract, pumpkin seed extract, oat kernel extract, and kale leaf extract in combination with sodium, magnesium, vitamin C derivative, vitamin E derivative, and pro-vitamin B5.

The interaction between fermented amino acids, humectant systems, emollient lipids, and electrolyte-supported hydration pathways creates a multi-mechanistic moisturizing approach designed to support barrier function, reduce visible dehydration, and maintain prolonged skin comfort.

CLINICAL STUDY #1 | SUSTAINED HYDRATION PERFORMANCE

Clinical hydration evaluations demonstrated prolonged moisturization following a single application. Sustained hydration support is particularly important for eczema-prone skin, where barrier dysfunction is commonly associated with increased transepidermal water loss (TEWL), reduced moisture retention, and recurrent skin dryness.


CLINICAL STUDY #2 | BARRIER SUPPORT & MOISTURE LOSS REDUCTION

The formulation was designed to support epidermal barrier integrity and help reduce transepidermal water loss (TEWL) through a combination of humectant, emollient, and biomimetic hydration mechanisms. Skin barrier function plays a critical role in maintaining hydration, comfort, and overall skin appearance. When barrier integrity is compromised, water loss increases, contributing to visible dryness, irritation, and skin discomfort.

Barrier support is particularly relevant for eczema-prone skin, where impaired barrier function, altered lipid organization, and reduced moisture retention are commonly observed. These physiological changes may contribute to dry, uncomfortable, and visibly irritated skin.

CLINICAL STUDY #3 | SENSITIVE & ECZEMA-PRONE SKIN COMPATIBILITY

Dr. Arsy™ #003 completed Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing involving 104 participants, with no irritation or sensitization observed under study conditions. The formulation is fragrance-free, steroid-free, dermatologist-tested, and clinically evaluated for sensitive skin compatibility.

Active individuals with sensitive or eczema-prone skin often require formulations that can be applied consistently without unnecessary sensitizing components. High tolerability supports routine daily use under physically demanding or environmentally stressful conditions.
